After quitting Guns N' Roses in 1996, guitarist Slash says he would now be open to rejoining the band - with the provision that frontman Axl Rose apologizes first.
"That would be a call I would be surprised to get," Slash told the Los Angeles Daily recently. "If that really happened, I would have to clean out my junk drawer, too, but I don't see it happening. But if it did happen, I would do whatever it takes to at least have a conversation about it."
Currently, Slash is performing with his group Velvet Revolver and doing solo work. Axl still tours with Guns N' Roses - although he is the only original member involved in the group's current incarnation.
Guns N' Roses first release, Appetite For Destruction, is the highest selling debut album of all time, moving 28 million copies.
